UJS Civil Judgment Query Self Registration

To create a Judgment Query account, provide your information in the following form. Already registered? Confirm your email address here with your validation code.

When finished, click the Create Account button. An email will be sent to the email address provided, with further instructions on how to activate your account. Once your account is activated, and you have logged in for the first time, you will be provided the opportunity (and instructions) on how to purchase search credits with your Credit Card.

To ensure your protection, the address you provide must match the address listed on your credit card, and will be the only address UJS will make credit refunds to.

12 characters minimum
1 number or 1 special character (a space is considered a special character)
Allowed special characters are: ,.!@#$%^&*()=+<>?;:_- Space
